Different Applications of Coatings
TPS EVOH coating is primarily used to add functionality to food packaging, but it can also improve the effectiveness of building and construction membranes, such as variable water vapor membranes and geo-membranes.

Food
Coatings add functionality to food packaging. Typical applications include: aseptic paperboard packaging for juices, tomato products, soups and dairy products with oxygen-sensitive ingredients, paper bags, paper stand-up pouches and paper liners for dry foods.

Versatile Building and Construction Membranes
TPS EVOH is used as a protective film in buildings (foundations) to prevent the penetration of harmful gases, thereby protecting the health and safety of any occupants. In addition, TPS EVOH is used in variable vapor membranes (roofs and walls) to protect buildings from moisture and structural damage.

Geo-membranes
Geo-membranes provide a protective layer in landfills, agricultural and industrial sites. By adding a layer of TPS EVOH to an existing geo-membrane design, its performance is greatly improved, better protecting soil, water and air quality.

Coating types
Different coating processing technologies can be used:
- Co-extrusion coating of TPS EVOH on plastics, paper and paperboard. This processing technology combines the advantages of high-speed processing with the superior 

properties of TPS EVOH.
- Lamination of multiple layers of TPS Evoh Films to plastics, paper and paperboard. This processing technology makes it possible to add co-extruded films with very thin TPS layers to the substrate.
