TP-601P Chlorinated Polypropylene Resin-A High-Adhesion Solution for High-Performance Laminating Ink Systems

TP-601P is a premium chlorinated polypropylene (CPP) resin produced using an advanced gas–solid phase chlorination process. Specifically engineered to enhance the printing performance of plastic films, TP-601P combines excellent adhesion, a low melting point, and zero solvent residue, making it a reliable and efficient binder for a wide range of laminating ink formulations.

    1. Excellent Adhesion and Print Durability on Plastic Films

TP-601P delivers outstanding adhesion, significantly improving ink anchorage on plastic film substrates such as BOPP, effectively preventing ink peeling or delamination after printing. It also provides excellent gloss and abrasion resistance in reverse printing applications, ensuring printed designs remain vibrant, durable, and resistant to scratching.

    2. Environmentally Responsible and Suitable for Food-Related Packaging Applications

Manufactured in compliance with strict environmental standards, TP-601P contains no residual solvents, making it suitable for light packaging applications with high safety requirements and aligned with regulatory guidelines for food-contact materials.

    3. Excellent Compatibility with Benzene-Based and Benzene-Free Ink Systems

In terms of process adaptability, TP-601P demonstrates excellent compatibility with both traditional benzene-based systems and modern benzene-free ink formulations. It is recommended for use with solvents such as methylcyclohexane, ethyl acetate, n-propyl acetate, or n-butyl acetate, offering formulators a high degree of flexibility.

    4. Primary Applications in Laminating Inks, Flexible Packaging, and Labels

TP-601P is primarily used in reverse printing laminating inks for plastic films, particularly for substrates such as BOPP and PET, and is widely applied in light packaging, label printing, and flexible packaging industries. Its superior film-forming properties and adhesion performance also make it an ideal choice for selected specialty coating and adhesive applications.
