TP-602P Chlorinated Polypropylene Resin-A High-Adhesion Solution Designed for Heat Transfer Printing on PP Substrates

TP-602P is a high-performance chlorinated polypropylene (CPP) resin produced using an advanced gas–solid phase chlorination process and further modified through a proprietary acid modification technology. Specially developed for heat transfer ink systems, TP-602P features a low melting point, zero solvent residue, strong adhesion, fast-drying film formation, low transfer temperature, and excellent low-temperature resistance. It provides a stable and reliable adhesion solution for heat transfer printing applications on polypropylene (PP) substrates.

    4. Application Focus: Heat Transfer Inks for Labels, Promotional Products, and Industrial Marking

     

    TP-602P is primarily applied in fields that require high-temperature transfer performance and exceptionally strong adhesion, such as self-adhesive label printing for personal care and consumer electronics products, promotional gifts and textile printing, as well as a wide range of industrial marking and identification applications.

    (1) The product is supplied in powder form and packed in moisture-resistant double-layer packaging consisting of an outer kraft paper bag and an inner aluminum foil liner, with a net weight of 20 kg per bag.

     

    (2) When stored in a dry environment away from heat sources, TP-602P maintains excellent stability with a shelf life of up to 18 months.
